## Purpose of the PR The trusted `master` deployment workflow hard-codes OINK 1.0.0, so a `staging-next` dispatch for the 1.1 candidate in #496 fails before building. Merging #496 first would publish the theme upgrade to production before its staging preview. Read the candidate's OINK requirement from `go.mod` and compare it with the resolved module. Preserve checksum verification, site module identity, the two-module dependency graph and the prohibition on replacements. This PR keeps OINK 1.0.0 and all deployment targets/guards unchanged. After this prerequisite is merged, #496 can be deployed through the existing `master`-dispatched staging workflow before its own merge. ## Validation - Executed the exact workflow module guard against both OINK 1.0.0 and the 1.1.0 candidate: passed. - Three workflow contract tests passed. - Independent review and `git diff --check` passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
