The Helm chart in apache/hugegraph#3218 documents the manual workaround: the README's Upgrading section rolls Stores with `updateStrategy.type=OnDelete`, gates on Pod `Ready` plus per-group `/v1/shardGroups` and `:8520/v1/partition/<groupId>` checks, and says explicitly that no endpoint reports restoration-complete.
