Ask AI currently repeats the consent prompt after navigation and opens with an empty question field. This adds three localized starter questions and a GitHub Discussions link visible before any answer, and remembers an affirmative consent for the current tab session. Users can withdraw consent from the footer; withdrawal clears the grant and reloads the page. Saved consent does not load Kapa until the user activates Ask AI. Analytics, fingerprints, surveys and hCaptcha settings are unchanged. Validation: strict Hugo builds, 43 UI unit tests, 9 AI browser contracts and an independent final-diff review pass. Real Kapa widget rendering was checked in Chrome for EN/CN desktop and mobile. Before/after captures are retained locally.
