Round 7 in 514c5b46: mapped fractions give the former double text for TEXT and id outputs on non-JSON rows and the exact value for DECIMAL, unmapped values are strings again, the plain DECIMAL form is bounded by its expanded digit count. Loader 20/20, client 7/7, checkstyle clean.
