@SebastianGruza Thanks for the timely feedback and for raising these questions. I sometimes miss messages, which may be why I didn't raise these concerns earlier. 1. DECIMAL is not a core priority for the 1.8.0 release and may not be included in it. 2. Overall, we haven't seen much demand for this feature in the project. Strings or other representations may be workable alternatives, although they are less convenient than native decimal support.
