Computer currently targets Java 11 and uses Commons/Toolchain 1.3.0. This change prepares Computer 1.8.0 on Java 17 with Commons, Client and Loader using the shared revision. It adopts the offline Loader API merged in [Toolchain #797](https://github.com/apache/hugegraph-toolchain/pull/797) and preserves existing schema files when parsing vertices and edges. It also aligns Hadoop/jetcd/gRPC/Netty, fixes generated builder and shaded POM metadata, and replaces manual HDFS startup with a pinned Hadoop 3.5 image. CI cancels superseded runs and caches Maven artifacts without settings files. Vermeer and the release script are unchanged. Validation: Java 17 source compilation, a real offline CSV vertex/edge regression, workflow/shell syntax checks and independent static review completed. The SDK artifacts used locally were built from source; this does not establish remote Toolchain artifact availability. This PR remains **draft**. Full BSP/network/HDFS validation, source archive builds, refreshed dependency/license inventories and green CI are still required. The initial IO/BSP run exposed Java IO module access and old jetcd/gRPC ABI failures; the fixes are pending a rerun.
