Fixed in deff6b2: `tsconfig.node.json` now includes
`vitest.integration.config.ts` and `tests-integration`, so the integration
sources participate in `tsc -b`. That immediately surfaced a real
`unknown`-to-`T` typing issue in the e2e helper, fixed in the same commit; `npm
run build` is green.
