`build-server-riscv64` failed on 9e9ef772 during the smoke test's second Server start: the process printed `fatal library error, lookup self` before the JVM wrote anything, then `Starting HugeGraphServer failed`. That message comes from the dynamic loader under the QEMU riscv64 emulation, not from the launcher. In the same run, the first start of the same launcher succeeded and passed the create and store-dump checks, and the job passed on this PR's previous head e9dec9c5 (same launcher code) and on master fd64f745.
