## Purpose of the PR A Loader that failed before enabling loading mode could reset another running import's graph mode during shutdown. Record successful setup so a context only performs cleanup after its own confirmed mode request. ## Main Changes - Guard mode cleanup and keep its state local to the context, including clones. - Cover failed startup, rejected requests, cleanup retries and response loss with actual client HTTP tests. - Document that an unconfirmed request is not automatically rolled back, and concurrent successful CLI runs still need external coordination. ## Verifying these changes - [x] Need tests and can be verified as follows: the original implementation fails the new regression cases; Client and Loader unit suites, formatting, Checkstyle and clean compilation pass.
