Thanks, fixed in bc694188a. `autoBalancePartitionLeader()` now returns before planning when any shard group is not `PState_Normal`, and logs the group and its state. A group in `PState_None` (no stats reported yet) also skips the run. `testAutoBalancePartitionLeaderWithWarnGroup` keeps Stores 1-3 active with every leader on Store 1 and group 0 in `Warn`, and expects no transfers. The same layout with group 0 back to `Normal` moves four leaders. Adding it showed that another test in the suite leaves shard group 6 behind in `PState_Offline`, so the helper now sets existing groups aside for each case and restores them afterwards. PD core suite: 154 tests, 0 failures, 2 skipped. The configuration doc lists the new skip condition. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
