The English homepage currently shows two cards titled **Efficient**: the
capabilities card describing storage/computing performance, and the
community-section card that actually links to the GitHub repository and
describes the Pull Request contribution workflow (apache/hugegraph#3372).
The second one is a leftover from an earlier revision — the Chinese homepage
already titles its counterpart card 参与开源 ("contribute to open source"). This
renames the English GitHub community card to "Contribute on GitHub", which
matches what the card is about, the neighboring card styling, and the Chinese
counterpart. The capabilities "Efficient" card is left untouched, so the title
stays where it belongs.
Checked with `dist/validate-links.sh`, the `scripts/` source tests (257
passing, run with CI's Python 3.13, Hugo 0.165 Extended and the WebP tools),
and a strict Hugo build of the site.
