@imbajin Fixed in 9c5e6efea. `ttlMarkerKey` no longer decodes the key. It
checks the `K@` prefix in the proposer's charset, keeps the stored key's
remaining bytes as they are, and puts the encoded `K@T@<time>@` prefix before
them. Your ISO-8859-1 `K@t/é` key now maps to its own marker, suffix `e9`,
under a UTF-8 `DELETE_PREFIX("t/")`. The UTF-16 proposer case still names the
marker `getTTLStoreKey` writes.
`testTtlMarkerOfAKeyWrittenInAnotherCharsetIsDropped` seeds that historical
key and marker, applies the UTF-8 prefix delete, and checks both are gone.
Suites on the new head (JDK 17, Linux, 2026-10-21): pd-common 83/0/0/0, pd-core
229/0/0/2, pd-client 90/0/0/0.
