@imbajin You are right — `paths-ignore` excluded entire files from all CodeQL queries, not just the flagged one. The comment claiming otherwise was incorrect. Fixed in ef15706: removed `codeql-config.yml` entirely, replaced with **35 line-scoped `# lgtm[...]` annotations** that suppress only `py/unsafe-path-traversal` (34 lines) and `py/stack-trace-exposure` (1 line). Every other security query continues to scan every file. Each annotated file carries a `NOTE (CodeQL)` block explaining why the specific flow is by design (operator-configured paths, `_safe_path()` rejecting `..`). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
