## Before ➡️ After **Before:** A non-administrator Vermeer service token can pass readiness but fail graph loading with an opaque HTTP 400. **After:** Recognize only the exact native load/reload permission error and explain the administrator-token requirement; preserve generic handling for unrelated or malformed errors. ## Why Distinguish HugeGraph login authorization from Vermeer service-token authorization without broad error guessing. ## Validation boundary The author reports focused contract tests. No new authenticated live-stack acceptance is claimed. Earlier local GraphSpace failures were baseline-reproduced; later remote backend checks passed, but this does not establish complete current-head CI.
