## Before → After The LLM application rejects Python 3.12 and workspace-wide constraints keep provider and numerical dependencies on older versions. This change makes Python 3.12 the minimum supported runtime, supports Python 3.12–3.14, and moves compatible dependency ranges into their owning packages. It updates the Gradio and MCP integrations, repairs editable provider settings and queued document input handling, preserves threaded model cancellation/cleanup, and aligns CI and Docker defaults. The separate ML project is not upgraded. ## Validation boundaries The source PR reports unit/contract suites on all three Python versions, package isolation checks, Docker smoke, browser interactions with a real HugeGraph database, and a FastMCP STDIO/Inspector check. Model calls used a deterministic local fixture, not an external provider account. Full-application type checking remains advisory, with explicit skips and compatibility bounds documented in the source PR. These author-reported checks are not independent ASF acceptance; upstream CI runs separately.
