## Before → After **Before:** Detailed Raft responses can exceed the collection limit, and PD Service metrics mapping failures lack clear recovery guidance. **After:** Prefer the compact Raft summary with strict counter validation and fallback only on HTTP 404/405; clarify ordered diagnostics and response-limit recovery without increasing the default limit. ## Validation boundary The author reports 91 backend and 28 frontend tests plus Chromium API-fixture checks.
