## Before → After Operations exposed only the Server/PD/Store topology → an independent Vermeer summary opens a dedicated Master/Worker view while retaining graph-cluster navigation and status. A bounded, authenticated backend collector adds compute readiness, node details and process CPU/RSS coverage. Service credentials remain backend-only; unavailable or stale telemetry must remain distinguishable from zero usage and current readiness. ### Validation boundary The author reports backend/frontend tests, production build and controlled browser checks, plus local Vermeer collector integration. Browser fixtures are not live Server/PD/Store authorization or Helm acceptance. New review findings about partial metrics and freshness remain under review; coordinated image rollout is still required.
