eskrm edited a comment on issue #121: IcebergSource cannot load data from hiveTable URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-iceberg/issues/121#issuecomment-470345014 @manishmalhotrawork I believe @rdblue simply meant that once https://github.com/apache/incubator-iceberg/issues/8 is closed you will no longer have to extend `IcebergSource` to get it working with `HiveTables`. For now you do.
