 Review comment:
   Could you elaborate on this? Spark checkpointing doesn't persist this. Your 
question also made me think about cases when different users restart the same 
query from one checkpoint. `StreamingQueryManager` will prohibit running 
multiple instances of the same query but only within one process. Any thoughts?
