I still need some time to debug my environment. The way of setting `hive.metastore.warehouse.dir` into hive-site.xml and putting hive-site.xml into Spark conf dir did not work for me somehow. It is the reason why I raise #436 (Setting it in the code seems not optional, but is required in my environment). SparkContext#hadoopConfiguration() seems not pick up hive-site.xml somehow. I did not figure out why yet.
