aokolnychyi commented on issue #446: KryoException when writing Iceberg tables in Spark URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-iceberg/issues/446#issuecomment-528808751 We ended up with `kryo.register(Class.forName("org.apache.iceberg.GenericDataFile"), new JavaSerializer());` to make Kryo work with Iceberg. `GenericDataFile` has custom serialization logic.
