Hi, @Dysprosium0626 Thanks for the pr. I think I made a mistake since we already have `AlwaysTrue`/`AlwaysFalse` in `BoundPredicate`. It doesn't make sense to me to add `AlwaysTrue`/`AlwaysFalse` since they are the result of binding, e.g. when I say `a IS NOT NULL` and a is a required field, it should be `AlwaysTrue`.
