Review comment:
       If you're following the Spark file naming convention, then the the first 
number is equivalent to `getRuntimeContext().getIndexOfThisSubtask()`. The 
second number is the unique ID for that task in Spark, so that task reattempts 
don't collide.
   
   Is there an attempt ID or something in Flink? I don't see much value in 
using a hash code, unless it is `System.identityHashCode` and can take on more 
values than this.
