kbendick opened a new pull request #1289:
URL: https://github.com/apache/iceberg/pull/1289

As mentioned in https://github.com/apache/iceberg/issues/1277, several of us
thought that it would be a good idea to autolabel PRs with the source project
affected or other various metadata - an example of "other metadata" that I
chose was `bash` for all shell scripts, which arguably could have been just
"shell".

I'm open to any and all suggested changes on this, or additions of new
sections. I'm somewhat new to the project, so it's entirely possible that I
mislabeled something.

I also wasn't sure when adding a new file if I needed to add the license
header or if some form of automation would do that for me - I suppose I'll find
out 🙂

In the course of working on this, it also occurred to me that there's an
official YAML linter action which we might also consider, given that I had to
catch by eye several small mistakes that I made. I'll open up another issue for
that.
