Review comment:
       I find the current behavior in `RemoveSnapshots` confusing. If I set an 
executor service with `executeWith`, I'd expect that to be used for all things 
since the name is generic. That does not happen because manifests are scanned 
using `ThreadPools.getWorkerPool()` and the passed executor service is used 
only for deletes.
