Review Comment:
   I'm confused, why don't we just use the existing properties for these that 
we already recognize as separate properties to pass? 
   
   i.e. `rest.sigv4-enabled`, `rest.signing-region`, `rest.authorization-url`, 
etc.. (see `catalog/rest.go`)
