In my view, it would make more sense to use a label of `METASTORE` for this code rather than `HIVE`, given that the hive metastore is so commonly used and is relevant to so many other stakeholders. However, I do recognize that it's the "hive" metastore and we currently only name based off of the top level directory structure (which I'd like to consider moving beyond so we can capture things like `InputFormat` and `Catalog` which may also pertain to certain people or situations). I'm going to open a PR for the label METASTORE and continue the conversation there.
