@nbdevos25: Sadly, I don't have a good pointer. These are typically cases where the Flink minicluster starts slowly because of the lack of enough resources, and the job starts sooner that every taskmanager is available. Or when there are concurrency issues when the job is stopped. I would suggest to do a quick check and if you can't repro the case in some limited time, you might want to look for another issue to ramp up.
