Couple notes on licensing: - Terraform itself is BSL 1.1, but the Terraform Plugin Framework (the dependency we take on) is MPL 2.0. - I've updated the README + description to better reflect that this is for OpenTofu first (initially) - MPL 2.0 is allowed by the policy as a "weak copyleft" license.
