The `TableBuilder` API is typically called from an engine such as Spark where there is no way to assign a UUID, hence we want to be careful to not introduce any API methods that aren't really used/leveraged in **multiple** engines. Also the UUID is internally generated by Iceberg, so I don't think your pattern would work with this approach unless you lazily attach the UUID to your `SnapTable` after the Iceberg table was created -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
