Review Comment:
   I also think this needs more clarification. Because without a "formal CFP" i 
would assume all talks would be from the sponsors/vendors, and/or curated by 
said vendors. This seems to conflict with 
   5. The talk selection process is transparent and community members who are 
interested in speaking can/know how to propose a session
   
   I understand using something like sessionize might be considered formal CFP, 
but the reality is its just a curation platform. I think the definition should 
be no paid CFP platform. But i think google form should be fine, I just find 
the experience of emailing someone the worst for everyone involved. My 
suggestion is this changes too
