Up! we have a peculiar case that upsert (of this package [here](https://github.com/sidequery/dlt-iceberg/blob/6153d0b2f838ab018580d01b0d20cb17617b825f/src/dlt_iceberg/destination_client.py#L905)) basically silently exits when rows are matched.
