Until [concurrency](https://github.com/apache/iceberg-python/issues/819) is properly supported you are going to need to retry the commit. If the commit initially fails then those files are considered orphans as they exist in the bucket but are not referenced by the table. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
