Proper optimistic concurrency support is critical for production use cases with concurrent writers, and I'd like to contribute to getting this completed. Before jumping in, I wanted to make sure I understand the current state correctly - #1928 (`validateDeletedDataFiles`) and #1929 (`validateAddedDataFiles`) are completed and merged. - #1930 (`validateNoNewDeleteFiles`) and #1931 (`validateNoNewDeletesForDataFiles`) were closed by the stale bot, but the implementation work is still outstanding. PR #2176 addresses #1930 and remains open. I'd love to help with #1930 and #1931, and eventually the isolation level integration.
