For the first error, I think you didn't add config the storage, see https://github.com/apache/iceberg-rust/blob/7c2d5d199e50eb9a142bdefe632ac6109fcb2006/crates/iceberg/src/io/storage/config/s3.rs#L31 I'm not sure about the second part, but it seems you have a network issue?
