Review Comment:
   Having a struct to wrap the two fields above helps -- I didn't see this when 
I was commenting on those field names.
   
   I'm not sure that we want to have a struct wrapping those two fields, since 
it will mean an extra object allocation and doesn't seem to add much value to 
group just two fields. @amogh-jahagirdar what do you think?
