I opened a draft PR with the minimal packaging change discussed here so it is easier to review in concrete form: - https://github.com/apache/iceberg/pull/15608 This PR removes the two excludes in `iceberg-kafka-connect-runtime` for `hadoop-auth` and `commons-configuration2`.
