- Add a new "Spark SQL functions" section to spark-queries.md documenting
the seven SQL functions Iceberg registers in the system namespace:
`iceberg_version`, `bucket`, `years`, `months`, `days`, `hours`, and `truncate`
- Include a reference table with `supported input types`, `return types`,
and `examples` for each function
- Clarify catalog prerequisite, NULL handling, epoch-based semantics, and
truncate behavior
- Add a cross-reference from the partition transforms section in
spark-ddl.md
