@anoopj thanks for taking a look. I updated the PR to fix linter (will monitor UT result later) and also I have changed the snapshot property plumbing from commit time to action construction time. LMK if you have other suggests. Separately, do you have code merge permission? Checking if I should ping someone else to help review and merge the change.
