Review Comment:
   The cache is cleared — `refreshStorageCredentials()` sets `this.clientCache 
= null` inside a synchronized block right after updating `storageCredentials`. 
The next `client()` call then rebuilds the cache with fresh credentials.
   
   Added a test `clientCacheInvalidatedAfterBackgroundRefresh` that asserts the 
client instance changes after a background refresh.
