`default-https-client` on the AWS SDK crates forces `aws-lc-sys` into the build, which compiles a big C/C++ crypto library from source. The `rustls` feature provides the same HTTPS client but uses `ring` instead, which is already compiled anyway by other deps. For `aws-config`, we disable defaults and list features explicitly to avoid pulling in `default-https-client` transitively. `aws-lc-sys` still sneaks in through `opendal` -> `reqwest 0.13` -> `rustls` defaults, but this helps downstream consumers who use different reqwest versions. ## Which issue does this PR close? <!-- We generally require a GitHub issue to be filed for all bug fixes and enhancements and this helps us generate change logs for our releases.
