Pushed the final fixes — unified `file:` normalizers on `url.Parse` with localhost/Windows handling, scoped `gc.enabled=false` to data payloads only, switched to `discardDeleted=false`, added fail-fast on metadata errors, and cleaned up logging/test. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
