hi. I think this is an important issue and the static shutdown hook based approach as implemented currently raises various problems that I tried to address (tactically) in the PR. having this problem (the family of problems) solved one way or another would definitely receive thanks from me, and I suspect other users who have similar issues - be it to be able to unload the iceberg exporter in dynamic environments, or make sure it has not stopped itself before the main application finishes exporting the files on shutdown. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
