## Summary
Prevent creation of malformed sort orders by validating sort field source
IDs.
now rejects sort fields with missing source IDs or non-positive IDs,
instead of allowing implicit through and silently accepting invalid metadata.

- ok github.com/apache/iceberg-go/table 0.759s (or full ok
github.com/apache/iceberg-go/table 5.182s if you prefer)
