## Summary
- Preserve `_row_id` for files that still have `FirstRowID` during
compaction on v3 tables.
- Do not silently drop lineage for all rows when a group mixes
lineage-capable and legacy files.
- Split mixed groups into two compaction subgroups:
- lineage-capable tasks compacted with `WithRowLineage`
- legacy tasks compacted without lineage preservation
- Merge deletion-vector and position-delete outputs across both subgroups.
- Add regression coverage for mixed-task behavior.
