Review Comment:
   Added a focused `LiteralFromBytes` test covering int, decimal, and timestamp 
bounds. It pins the expected little-endian encoding for int/timestamp and 
two's-complement big-endian encoding for decimal, while keeping the decoder's 
output as raw bytes. Thanks for the suggestion!
