[#2838](https://github.com/apache/iceberg-rust/pull/2838) introduced
`HttpRequest` so that `AuthSession` implementations and the catalog layer work
with a stable wrapper instead of `reqwest::Request`. The
response side is still unwrapped: `HttpClient::query_catalog` returns a
`reqwest::Response`, so `reqwest` remains in the crate's public surface and in
every catalog call site.
Adding an `HttpResponse` wrapper (status, headers, body) would finish the
abstraction and let the underlying HTTP client change without a breaking API
change.
