`SnapshotsTableStream::Close()` is invoked twice during normal stream
teardown: once from `ArrowArrayStreamPrivateData`'s destructor (it calls
`source->Close()`), and again from `SnapshotsTableStream`'s destructor
(`~SnapshotsTableStream() { std::ignore = Close(); }`). This makes correct
destruction depend on `Close()`/`ArrowSchemaRelease()` being perfectly
idempotent and can risk double-release if that assumption changes.
