### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Fixes a small grammatical typo in the module description for `iceberg-spark`: "submodules for each spark versions" -> "submodules for each Spark version" (number agreement, and capitalizes "Spark" for consistency with "Flink"/"Hive" in the same list). The same sentence appears verbatim in three places; all three are fixed: - `README.md` - `docs/docs/api.md` - `site/docs/contribute.md` ### Why are the changes needed?
