cc @pvary — this one adds actual test coverage (the NaN filter pushdown case
flagged by the existing TODO) rather than just a typo fix, so flagging for a
closer look. Also noted in the description that I couldn't run the full build
locally due to a network restriction on my end, so extra CI/review scrutiny on
the CAST('NaN' AS DOUBLE) parsing would be appreciated.
